Significant progress is underway on the exterior facade and atrium of The Greater Project — and the transformation is starting to take shape in a bold, beautiful way.
Over the past several weeks, construction crews have been hard at work framing and enclosing the new angular exterior design. As seen in the latest photos, the distinctive geometric lines and overhangs of the facade are now fully outlined and sheathed, giving us a glimpse of the final architectural form. The exterior is being wrapped in weatherproof GlasRoc panels in preparation for the installation of final cladding materials, which will provide both visual impact and long-term durability.
Inside the new front-facing atrium, steel framing and overhead supports are in place, with the open space beginning to take on its intended volume. This atrium will serve as a bright, communal welcome area — one that brings together natural light, gathering space, and an inspiring sense of arrival. Wide glass panels will eventually line the opening, flooding the space with daylight and creating a strong connection between the interior and the surrounding community.
Meanwhile, elevated work platforms and lifts can be seen across the site as skilled trades continue detailed work on insulation, framing, and envelope sealing. These efforts are crucial to ensuring the building meets performance standards and delivers a comfortable, energy-efficient environment for decades to come.
We’re incredibly excited about how this part of the project is unfolding. The exterior and atrium aren’t just architectural features — they’re a statement of welcome, openness, and vision.
Stay tuned for more updates and photos as this milestone continues to develop.
